Job Description

  • Lập kế hoạch tổ chức thi công gồm: tiến độ, nhân lực, vật tư, máy móc thiết bị …. phục vụ dự án;
  • Lập biện pháp thi công chi tiết, kiểm tra, giám sát kỹ thuật, chất lượng, tiến độ thi công tại hiện trường;
  • Kiểm tra, đôn đốc, đánh giá, báo cáo về công việc thực hiện của nhà thầu phụ;
  • Theo dõi và thực hiện công tác nghiệm thu thanh quyết toán;
  • Phối hợp các bộ phận liên quan làm hồ sơ thầu/tham gia khảo sát, đánh giá, xét duyệt hồ sơ dự thầu của các nhà thầu phụ;
  • thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp đại học các ngành xây dựng, giao thông, kinh tế xây dựng;
  • Nắm vững các quy trình, thủ tục, quy định chuyên môn nghiệp vụ liên quan;
  • Thành thạo các phần mềm tin học liên quan như AutoCad, Nova, Dự toán;
  • Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm công tác thi công tại các công trình giao thông, hạ tầng
