Job Description

  • Trực quầy lễ tân công ty, đón tiếp khách đến
  • Đóng dấu, lưu trữ văn thư
  • Theo dõi, quản lý, thanh toán chuyển phát nhanh, văn phòng phẩm, nước uống, cây xanh, in ấn, công chứng, taxi, thuê nhà và các chi phí sinh hoạt chuyên gia nước ngoài (điện, nước, điện thoại, mạng…)
  • Quản lý, chăm sóc phòng họp, tiếp nước cho lãnh đạo, khách mời…
  • Hỗ trợ các công tác chuẩn bị khi công ty có sự kiện

Job Requirement

  • Nữ, ngoại hình ưa nhìn, cao >1m60, giọng nói chuẩn, dễ nghe
  • Kinh nghiệm trên 1 năm công việc hành chính/ lễ tân
  • Thành thạo tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel)
  • Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản
  • Trung thực, vui vẻ, ưu tiên ứng viên có mong muốn gắn bó ổn định
